SHIPPING

• Shipping is free on all orders worldwide.
• Please allow 3-5 days for handling.
• Please allow up to 4 weeks for shipping, with the majority of orders arriving within 2 weeks (not including handling time).
• On average, International shipping is 12-18 business days. 
• For orders to South Africa please allow up to 30 business days. 
• Please note, that during Holiday periods, shipping times may increase significantly, due to system volume. 
• If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. This is due to our various supply chains. 

We do offer expedited shipping for a charge of 48.55 USD for select items. Please contact us to determine whether your item is eligible for expedited shipping.

TRACKING

• All items are shipped with tracking available.
• Please allow 5-7 days for your tracking to show in the courier's tracking system. 
• If you have a question about tracking a particular order, please contact us at group@urbanharajukushop.com.
